Water & cleaning at True REST Float Spa
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From True REST Float Spa's own information: down to a 5-micron filter, UV sterilization, ozone, hydrogen peroxide.

From the reviews
True Rest Float Spa (Peachtree City location) This was my first time trying flotation therapy, and it was a wonderful experience. My appointment was in the morning—outside of my natural chronotype—so I arrived exhausted. From the moment I walked in until the moment I left, Lee (the co-owner) was absolutely fantastic.
Amazing first time experience. The staff was great and the customer service was outstanding. The float was deeply relaxing, and the oxygen treatment left me feeling refreshed and energized. The spa is super clean and the oxygen area was very calming. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.
I recently had my first float therapy experience at True REST in Peachtree City, and it exceeded my expectations! As someone who works in mental health and often feels overstimulated, I was curious to see how the experience could help me decompress. It turned out to be a truly transformative session.
Truly enjoy and appreciate True Rest Float Spa. It is clean, always smells nice, creates space to relax and just….float. The owner is generous and kind and the gentleman who greeted me, Blake, is very gifted in hospitality and helps. Thank you all very much for this service!
Your first float at True REST Float Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
