The tanks & rooms here
The classic enclosed capsule with a hinged lid. Deepest sensory deprivation; you lie down and pull the lid to.
The room itself is the vessel: no hatch, walk straight in. Great for claustrophobia and easier access.
Water & cleaning at Vitality Float Spa
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From Vitality Float Spa's own information: down to a 10-micron filter, UV sterilization, ozone, hydrogen peroxide.

From the reviews
Wanted to add to my review and say that we absolutely love coming here. During our second visit we added on a massage service, a facial, and floats. My husband said he came out of the best massage he's ever had with Laura and I myself was so comfortable with Madison who did my facial.
It was definitely an experience I’d recommend you do at least once. I did the guided breath work and I detoxed emotions as well as toxins from my body! You carry this experience with you into the next day, in a good way. This was my first time floating in a pod and it was very interesting.
always such a great experience when I come here! I've done the float tank, facial, a few massages, and I've never left disappointed. the ambiance is perfect. everyone is so kind. It's a very stress free environment and I always leave feeling invigorated! Eve truly is the best!
I had an amazing experience at Vitality Float Spa. The cupping therapy and massage were outstanding — you can immediately feel the tension release and your muscles relax. It was exactly what my body needed. The staff is incredibly professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
Your first float at Vitality Float Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
