Water & cleaning at True REST Float Spa
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From True REST Float Spa's own information: down to a 5-micron filter, UV sterilization, ozone, hydrogen peroxide.

From the reviews
Amazing!! I came in for a 60 min float and as a pregnant mama it was exactly what I needed to refresh and reset. Being pregnant, I’ve had lots of back pain and extra weight and being in the pod was so incredible for that, I felt instantly relaxed and I’m so excited to see how my body responds in the following days to…
Ambiance: 5/5 Customer Service: 5/5 Price: 5/5 Parking: 5/5 My husband bought the recent BOGO deal for our first float. We had a great, relaxing time! The atmosphere is curated so well to be relaxing, and both Deanna and Katherine were so kind and wonderful.
This was my very first float, so I honestly didn’t know what to expect. I received this as a gift, but the prices definitely seem reasonable. From the moment I walked in, I was put at ease. Deanna was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful.
I just had my first float spa experience, and it was incredible! In some ways it’s like taking a bath—but about a million times more relaxing and satisfying. The facility is beautiful, and from the moment you walk in, you’re made to feel welcome and pampered. If you’re anything like me, you’ll enjoy simply being there.
Your first float at True REST Float Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
