The room itself is the vessel: no hatch, walk straight in. Great for claustrophobia and easier access.

From the reviews
It was a chilly day in Sacramento, my feet and hands cold. I looked forward to my first infrared sauna and float session and my anticipation, excitement, and expectations were rewarded. Walking into the beautiful space with the moss wall, Turkish brass lights, and friendly staff, I felt at ease and welcome.
Love this place. If you have never experienced a float, this place is the best ever. The facilities are clean and spacious. Please support local and women owed business here. 🙏 Want to add that the facials transcend me into a very relaxed state every time.
Friendly staff, clean, and relaxing. Epsom salt floats have helped my body or mind relax. I’ve been floating here for over a year. Book your room and time slot ahead of time on their website. I love room 1 and 2 which has a big round pool instead a rectangle, you can really spread out.
Quality relaxation 😌 Meg and her assistant were so welcoming and informative especially since it was my first time. They had tea and other thoughtful amenities (hair dryer with a diffuser to name one). My muscles usually feel sore because of my MS, but I slept like a baby after my float.
Your first float at Saha Float Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
