Water & cleaning at True REST Float Spa
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From True REST Float Spa's own information: down to a 5-micron filter, UV sterilization, ozone, hydrogen peroxide.

From the reviews
I was gifted float time for my birthday from a friend. This was my first float and after the experience it definitely won't be the last. Everything from the staff to the spa itself was perfect. I will be recommending coming here to float to all of my friends wether it's their first or hundredth time.
2nd time I've been here and it was just as amazing as the first. It's like you're floating in another world with the rainbow lights and peaceful music. One of the few places I can actually relax. The staff are so kind and accomodating and the facility is peaceful.
Third time here always a great and relaxing experience. Very clean facility and friendly attentive staff! Oh yes and the float is refreshing recharging and amazing. I have RA and have noticed an improvement in my overall mobility! A must visit.
My overall experience at True Rest Float Spa was great! I can't say I'll be back because the floating experience in complete darkness and silence is not for me. My mind races too much and if anything, it makes me more unrelaxed.
Your first float at True REST Float Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
