The tanks & rooms here
The classic enclosed capsule with a hinged lid. Deepest sensory deprivation; you lie down and pull the lid to.
The room itself is the vessel: no hatch, walk straight in. Great for claustrophobia and easier access.

Transcendental! We were on an anniversary getaway and thought this would be something cool to do. The place was easy to find. We opted for the 1.5 hour float and the aqua massage. When we got there we signed in and they already had our rooms setup.
My 2nd Float was just Amazing as the 1st..Relax.Rejuvenate Recover".This time I knew what to expect and was even more comfortable.exactly what i experienced during my Floating Therapy today and it was Awesome...This experience will definitely be recurring one for me.
I had my first float experience at The Float Spot in Frisco, and it exceeded my expectations. Ray assisted me when I arrived—he was incredibly kind, patient, and walked me through the entire process.
The float was very relaxing and the set up was adequate with the shower having excellent water pressure. The hair products and blow dryer were nice. The best part was I had the most wonderful, joyful, and educational conversation with the staff. I was only visiting otherwise I would consider a membership.
Your first float at The Float Spot
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
