Water & cleaning at Soul Soak
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From Soul Soak's own information: UV sterilization, ozone, hydrogen peroxide.

From the reviews
I love floating in the salt pod, it is the mental & physical reset I need. I slept great after my float yesterday & plan to go back soon for continued healing. Thank you Dani, for sharing this beautiful space with us to get elevated!
Wonderful experience at Soul Soak. I tried the full contrast therapy — infrared sauna, cold plunge, and the saltwater float tank — and left feeling completely relaxed and reset. Had my first ever float tank experience at soul soak and it was amazing. I felt so relaxed and refreshed after my session. Dani was so friendly and helpful explaining the process to me. I highly recommend. They also have an infrared sauna and cold plunge that I will have to try out next visit. 🫶🏻
You will leave Soul Soak a different person, I promise you that. I just had deep self revelations in the float tank and also gave myself a full spinal alignment in the float tank. My muscles were so relaxed that I was able to crack my own spine & Adjust the vertebrae’s.
Your first float at Soul Soak
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
