From the reviews
NH Float is clean, warm, inviting, and perfectly appointed for relaxation. I floated in a flotation cabin this time. I have never floated in their float tank. NH Float has two cabins and one tank. The reception/waiting area is lovely, comfy and welcoming. There is a restroom which is tastefully decorated.
I’ve been floating almost 2 years now and I LOVE IT! As a person who lives with chronic pain it gives my body some relief to float. I also have found that it really helps me with stress and anxiety. Each room is private and provides everything that you need. The people who work there are awesome!
First time going to light therapy and float tank. The lights therapy was AMAZING!! The names could use an update. I was a little nervous at first but the one I picked was like being inside a kaleidoscope! Beautiful, I felt relaxed, like I was melting into this amazing world! OMG Im hooked and will be trying the others.
My partner and I just had our very first float tank experience. Tom did a great job of making us feel comfortable and the facility was clean and professional. After the float, I had a massage with Jess, she was very knowledgeable, kind, and good at what she does. We will be back next time we are in the area for sure 💯🖤
Your first float at NH Float Therapy
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
