The tanks & rooms here
The classic enclosed capsule with a hinged lid. Deepest sensory deprivation; you lie down and pull the lid to.
A walk-in enclosure with full standing height — for taller floaters and anyone who wants privacy without a low lid.
Water & cleaning at Float Seattle (Bellevue)
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From Float Seattle (Bellevue)'s own information: UV sterilization, ozone, hydrogen peroxide.

From the reviews
I experienced my first float yesterday and I am glad I did. Max (one of the employees) was great! He went over all the rules and was very friendly. The rooms are private, clean and toiletries are provided, there's a shower with shampoo/conditioner and body wash.
I had no idea what to expect when I booked my first float at Seattle Float in Bellevue. I’ve done two floats so far, and I’m officially hooked. Royce was wonderful both times... calm, clear, and great at explaining everything. I’m still amazed that it takes 1100 pounds of Epsom salts to make a human float like that.
I left feeling more peaceful and calm. And, the next day, I still felt my body’s consciousness aware of the space it created around me. I will definitely come again. Parking is under the building and elevator to the float. It is warm and welcoming, with tea afterward. A very good first experience I will repeat.
Sabine (Sabina?) was amazing. She's the most calm and centered working person I've met. She was extremely detailed in explaining the process. Walked me through every detail and explained options in the pod. Highly recommend the Bellevue location. I have two more gift sessions and I'll definitely be using them.
Your first float at Float Seattle (Bellevue)
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
