From the reviews
BRC Spa is definitely a must-visit if you need a relaxing day with family or friends. From the moment you walk in, you are warmly greeted by the friendly receptionist, who provides you with a plastic bag to store your phone and wallet in secure lockboxes.
BRC is an absolutely incredible spa that offers a wide range of amenities to ensure a truly rejuvenating experience. With three different types of dry spas, you'll have plenty of options to choose from based on your preferences.
It was a nice experience. We had a private room for 3 hours and then stashed another 4 of 5 hours more without it. Not easy with little kids. Modern clean and staff is helpful. The pool is small and very very shallow. The Turkish stream room was amazing... dry saunas are nice too (dry, wet and aroma saunas).
Visited BRC Bath House on 1/18/26. I’ve been coming here for six years, and this visit was very different. Nick, Denis, and Raquel were amazing, so friendly and welcoming, always with a smile. They made it easy to relax and enjoy the day. One of the most relaxing experiences we’ve had here.
Your first float at BRC Day Spa & Sauna Resort
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
