The room itself is the vessel: no hatch, walk straight in. Great for claustrophobia and easier access.

Yoga Patch is my absolute favorite place ❤️ I practice yoga here several times a week along with using other wellness services provided such as massage therapy, the infrared sauna, the float tanks. Everyone is kind and helpful and intuitive- I am so grateful for this beautiful community space.
What an incredible experience! The infrared sauna, the massage chair and then the float. I felt so rejuvenated and cannot express how great everything was. Highly recommend!! Already bout one as a gift. Will be buying more!! Thank you!
The Yoga Patch is more of a "hippy-dippy" yoga studio rather than a "LuluLemon" one like many of the ones I've tried in KC. It feels very welcoming and inclusive with classes for all skill levels. I go to two hot flow classes most weeks and the instructors are fantastic.
I just started practicing yoga and I feel so welcomed and comfortable in this space despite being a newcomer to the practice. Every instructor I've had here has been wonderful and offered lots of modifications to suit the needs of everyone in the classroom, and they've been approachable for any questions and offered…
Your first float at Yoga Patch
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
