Water & cleaning at True REST Float Spa
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From True REST Float Spa's own information: down to a 5-micron filter, UV sterilization, ozone, hydrogen peroxide.

From the reviews
I had such an amazing experience at True REST Float Spa! From the moment I walked in, everything felt calm, clean, and welcoming. The staff was incredibly kind and took the time to explain the entire float process, which made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed.
The entire experience from beginning to end was absolutely amazing. The spa attendant, David, is awesome. He explained everything and was ready to answer all my questions. The float experience was incredible and relaxing. Felt great afterwards. The after experience in oasis room was very pleasant and relaxing.
My 1 hr float session was amazing as always! I just wish that the water could be alittle hotter. And that they would have plastic bags or something to put our wet bathing suits in for afterwards to take home. Other than that is was very relaxing, and very much worth it. 🫶🏾
I have been 3 times so far, an excellent experience. Dillion and the owner have waited on me. The pods, the rooms, the bathrooms are spotless. The float in Magnisum is great for my health, skin and hair. It takes a bit to relax. No music third time, going to try no lights, no music the 4th time!! Love the oxygen bar.
Your first float at True REST Float Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
