The classic enclosed capsule with a hinged lid. Deepest sensory deprivation; you lie down and pull the lid to.
Water & cleaning at True REST Float Spa
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From True REST Float Spa's own information: down to a 5-micron filter, UV sterilization, ozone, hydrogen peroxide.

From the reviews
Great first experience True Test Float Spa today! When I first walked in the staff were welcoming and walked me to the rooms while showing the oasis and prep rooms that we could use afterwards. While in the pod room, I was given a briefing of what to expect and started the session right away.
First experience doing a float. Had multiple reservations about it. I have PTSD and thought that being enclosed in a shell would cause me to have issues. The staff explained everything to me and even took me back before my session to show me how everything works. I have to say it won't be my last experience.
True REST Float Spa in Draper has genuinely changed my relationship with my own body and mind. I've been floating for years, and the single most important thing I've learned as a long-time floater is this: consistency is everything. This isn't a one-and-done wellness gimmick it's a practice.
I’ve come here for floats which I love! But I also decided to try their new vitality suite. True Rest is a perfect reset for both my body and mind. Everything was clean, relaxing, and thoughtfully set up. I left feeling refreshed, energized, and excited to come back.
Your first float at True REST Float Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
