The tanks & rooms here
The classic enclosed capsule with a hinged lid. Deepest sensory deprivation; you lie down and pull the lid to.
A walk-in enclosure with full standing height — for taller floaters and anyone who wants privacy without a low lid.
The room itself is the vessel: no hatch, walk straight in. Great for claustrophobia and easier access.

This place was amazing! I had my first cryotherapy session today and it was PERFECT. I felt safe, the place was very clean, and I left there feeling amazing! They offer salt and floating therapies as well.
Which is my favorite therapy? It depends on my mood and the time I have. Floatation Therapy "takes you away" - definitely something that should be done 1-2 times a month(or more). When I don't think I have the time to float, the halotherapy room is a great 45 minute ant-stressor.
Very awesome array of therapies. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The floating experience is incredibly relaxing. A great way to reduce your stress!
Thanks for the discount for the seventh anniversary. Very appreciated. One of each as my goal. TR scheduled me for a day of spa joy. Helped pick the ideal order to tackling this challenge. Calling it a challenge as I’d never tried the cold plunge. A couple of years ago was gifted the six week veteran float program.
Your first float at Total Rejuvenation
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
