The whole experience was absolutely incredible. As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted right away! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The salt float was beyond amazing so relaxing. This had to be the BEST massage I have ever gotten! The pressure was insanely strong but I feel like a whole new women!
I'm normally in a ton of pain due to my medical conditions such as RA, Fibro, kidney disease and severe spine issues 24 /7 I did both a massage and float sessions and my pain was gone for hours after I felt like I could run a marathon I highly recommend coming here it's extremely relaxing and incredible for pain
My husband gave me a gift card for my birthday. I did the 1 hour float/1 hour massage combo. The price was super reasonable for both. Very cute set up! Relaxing and calming as soon as you walk in. Loved the float but I really loved the massage, especially the hot stones and warm towels. Very friendly staff.
Excellent experience! I’ve gone for the float tank and massages, and they are very professional good at what they do. Very worth the money. I saw a comment posted by a lady the same day I was in with what I would consider to be racial undertones, and I don’t think that’s fair at all!
Your first float at Sapphire Float Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
