The tanks & rooms here
No lid to close over you — the answer for anyone who feels boxed in. Open pools, open rooms, or pods whose door stays open.
The room itself is the vessel: no hatch, walk straight in. Great for claustrophobia and easier access.
A room-sized open pool of salt water. Zero enclosure, easiest for two, most spacious of all.

Wow! I don't think many people know this place exists. I think the owner would benefit from separating the Google pages by mattress store and health spa. While I cannot vouch for the mattress store, I can vouch for the spa. Their are two giant float tanks, three saunas, Salt, Humm, Yoga.
If you haven't already, YOU NEED TO TRY float therapy at Rest Relax! I did not know what to expect, but the owner (Wayne), made us feel comfortable as he walked us through the facility. He explained what each unique room had to offer and how to use the equipment.
Our visit was awesome! The float pool was amazing, the sauna was great, and the massage chairs were incredible. The cold plunge was great, but I couldn't handle it LOL. We might try the salt sauna next time. Everything was super clean and nice. A great value compared to other centers that aren't even as nice.
Rest Relax is a beautiful, quiet, and comfortable facility next to/part of a mattress store. The owner, Wayne, is awesome and very responsive and helpful. Loved the huum sauna and cold plunge combo, as well as the couples float. Thank you, Wayne. We will be back!
Your first float at Rest Relax
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
