The tanks & rooms here
No lid to close over you — the answer for anyone who feels boxed in. Open pools, open rooms, or pods whose door stays open.
The classic enclosed capsule with a hinged lid. Deepest sensory deprivation; you lie down and pull the lid to.
The room itself is the vessel: no hatch, walk straight in. Great for claustrophobia and easier access.
Water & cleaning at Float Wellness Spa
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From Float Wellness Spa's own information: down to a 10-micron filter, UV sterilization, hydrogen peroxide.

From the reviews
Absolutely love this place and have witnessed firsthand how this business continually raises the bar, always introducing new and innovative ways to relax. If you haven’t tried a float tank yet, it’s a unique and deeply relaxing sensory experience. I encourage you to read more about it on the Float website.
My wife and I visited this location for the first time over Valentines Day weekend for a first every couple's float, and couples massage after. We received some very kind additional time being walk thought the float experience before doing so which help a ton.
We always try and do something unique for our anniversary, The day started with pedicures and this year my husband planned our first visit to Float for a Spa day!
Quite an amazing experience. My hubby and I went there on Thursday for a great discount. There was a tank for two people. The environment was clean, relax, and spacious. We enjoyed friendly staff. Clean bathrooms and inside float rooms. After floated in the salt tub we felt so good and relax. We would love to go again!
Your first float at Float Wellness Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
