The tanks & rooms here
No lid to close over you — the answer for anyone who feels boxed in. Open pools, open rooms, or pods whose door stays open.
The classic enclosed capsule with a hinged lid. Deepest sensory deprivation; you lie down and pull the lid to.
A walk-in enclosure with full standing height — for taller floaters and anyone who wants privacy without a low lid.
A room-sized open pool of salt water. Zero enclosure, easiest for two, most spacious of all.

From the reviews
I tried out float therapy for the first time today. I enjoyed the experience and I loved the atmosphere here, it was truly relaxing. I did the massage chair prior and they provide you a blanket which I thought was nice! I did the cabin style float. It was recommended for beginners.
I live in Southern Indiana, but drove about 3.5 hours to Columbus to attend a Cacao Ceremony at Ebb & Float. It was an amazing evening of healing, meditation, and spiritual exploration. The owners, Kym and Rick, and their team, have created a gorgeous space that's full of powerful healing and a welcoming vibe.
Absolutely an amazing experience! I was so relaxing! Everything is sanitized. So beautiful and Zen. You get in the lights in the room go out the zen music starts playing, then there a light inside were you float and you can change the color. I won’t tell everything so it will be a nice surprise.
Parking may seem tricky, don't pay and walk like I did (although it wasn't far), you can actually park next to the building. Weekdays are limited to the spots facing ebb&float, weekends has full open parking availability. Beautiful spa business, friendly staff, the process was fully thought out meticulously.
Your first float at Ebb & Float
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
