Every time we go we discover a new way to reach ultimate relaxation in this amazing space set up for healing. The salt floats are always a favorite! My muscles and joints feel improved immediately after! The massage chairs are an awesome experience also! This is a gem in our city!
Aqua Spa Float Center is a beautiful place to recharge. Every service feels intentional, and the float especially is such a peaceful experience. I always leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered. The staff are warm and welcoming, and the space feels safe and cared for.
I did a couples float on January 2. This business is awesome, from the moment you walk in the door you are treated with respect and the employees are ready to dote on you so you will have the best experience. They offer so much and I would recommend any of their services.
My husband and I went for a couples package and thoroughly enjoyed our day! The staff were so sweet, polite, knowledgable, and pretty badass! Everything was super clean, and we were never rushed between stations. Our favorite was the one hour float, and we ended the session with the oxygen bar, which was so refreshing!

Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
