The classic enclosed capsule with a hinged lid. Deepest sensory deprivation; you lie down and pull the lid to.

Every detail was so intentional throughout my entire experience. Ashley has a great vibe and I left feeling amazing after my float tank and head spa! Can’t wait to come back!
The space is warm and welcoming. All the staff are amazing and make sure to have you feeling safe and comfortable as soon as you walk through the door! It feels like the perfect place to start a wellness journey of your own. These ladies will support you and help you in any way they can, so you are feeling your best!
I can't say enough good things about this spa. I called from out of state hoping to send a special gift for a coworker and didn't want anything cookie cutter. Kristal Morales was amazing and went above and beyond to put together a custom gift basket and even hand delivered it for me!
love this product and and all the ladies!!!! would never go anywhere else for "self care" needs. always excellent service, always clean and tidy, always relaxing and comfortable and always always make you feel at home♡
Your first float at Vitalistic Health Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
