The classic enclosed capsule with a hinged lid. Deepest sensory deprivation; you lie down and pull the lid to.
Water & cleaning at True REST Float Spa
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From True REST Float Spa's own information: down to a 5-micron filter, UV sterilization, ozone, hydrogen peroxide.

From the reviews
I voluntarily spent an hour in a giant saltwater pod with my own thoughts… and somehow survived. 😏✨ Yesterday we finally cashed in a birthday gift that Bigg gave me and I have to say… what an incredible experience.
Everything was amazing. The facility is peaceful and inviting, the staff is warm and friendly. Floating is such an interesting and unique experience. It was more relaxing than a spa day with a 1 hour massage. Something about being weightless in a quiet, dark place is like a factory reset for your brain.
If you are looking to unplug from the world and relax on a level you’ve never experienced, then give True Rest Float Spa an hour of your day. The Robertson’s are very kind people. The rooms are always very neat and clean. Words cannot describe how peaceful and relaxing it is to float.
I was gifted two floats so my friend and I booked a time where we could both float (seperate pods of course). We weren't sure what to expect going in, but knew we both needed a lil "reset" in life. LET ME TELL YOU...
Your first float at True REST Float Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
