The tanks & rooms here
No lid to close over you — the answer for anyone who feels boxed in. Open pools, open rooms, or pods whose door stays open.
The room itself is the vessel: no hatch, walk straight in. Great for claustrophobia and easier access.

“The spa is very tidy and clean, the private shower room/float pool was excellent and the float itself was unbelievably relaxing.”
“The staff explained everything clearly and made me feel completely comfortable, even though it was my first time.”

“Before my visit to Sweet Zen, I was caught in a cycle of persistent pain and restless nights.”
“For an hour, I was suspended effortlessly in the warm, magnesium-rich water, experiencing a sense of weightlessness and quiet I've never known.”

From the reviews
Float experience was great, shower and surrounding room is excellent and the tank itself was fantastic. I will certainly return again. Some things to improve on, a more robust array of products and maybe better organization in the “get ready room”, and during my visit the cafe and auto parts store seemed to be having…
Had my first float room experience today and could totally tell the difference it made with my body! Being 9 months pregnant I was so surprised I could actually float! It relieved so much back and pelvis pain. Being my first time, they walked us through everything in the float room.
Going into Sweet Zen is like going to your best friend’s house! They treat you like a great friend or family always! The facility is absolutely beautiful, clean, and a lovely place to spend time at. I highly recommend the float and the saunas! Take care of your health, you’re worth it!
I stopped in today for a coffee and to see the new business. I was greeted warmly by Ky and given a tour of the treatment rooms. She then made me a cafe mocha, that was perfect! I will be scheduling a float in sauna soon. What a wonderful business to have in the community!
Your first float at Sweet Zen Spa and Coffee
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
