From the reviews
I recently visited Rose Massage Therapy & Float Spa Downtown for a lymphatic drainage massage following cosmetic surgery I had earlier this year, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve had. I’ve been to several massage therapists before, but none compare to Sophia.
I had a great experience! Y partner scheduled a massage for me before a custody hearing and boy was I stressed out. The massage therapist did a hot stone massage and helped greatly. I highly recommend these massage therapist and will be back for the float system.
I booked the head spa. It was the most relaxing treat. Lina was so knowledgeable and sweet. She has a tender touch. Left my hair feeling soft and healthy. I color my hair and this made all the difference. Every woman should try this.
A True Self-Care Sanctuary in Pueblo I became a member here during a major life crisis, and I can honestly say this place has been life-changing for my physical, mental, and spiritual health. This monthly self-care ritual has made a huge difference for me and is one of the best investments I’ve made in my well-being.
Your first float at Rose Massage Therapy and Float Spa Downtown
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
