The tanks & rooms here
The classic enclosed capsule with a hinged lid. Deepest sensory deprivation; you lie down and pull the lid to.
The room itself is the vessel: no hatch, walk straight in. Great for claustrophobia and easier access.

Best Day Spa I've ever been too! the attendant staff was professional and helpful, my therapist had magic hands, and the spaces was clean, calm and restorative. I had never tried a float tank before, but I have heard about them. it was awesome!
Rise and Be Well has become my go to place for all of my self-care needs! I highly recommend the Lucia light therapy; I have been doing sessions every week for over a year and it has become my favorite service there. The float tank and new sound bed are great services too!
My partner and I had deep tissue massages and we're delighted with professionalism and techniques of Bethany and Jessica. Good deep tissue specialists are hard to find! All the staff were great, gentle and joyful. Location is awesome and their facilities are top notch. Clean and so well maintained. So well done!
This yoga studio radiates calm and community from the moment you walk in. The teachers are excellent—knowledgeable, grounded, and truly dedicated to helping you grow in your practice. The space itself is beautiful, with a thoughtfully curated retail section full of wellness essentials and local treasures.
Your first float at Rise and Be Well
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
