The tanks & rooms here
The classic enclosed capsule with a hinged lid. Deepest sensory deprivation; you lie down and pull the lid to.
The room itself is the vessel: no hatch, walk straight in. Great for claustrophobia and easier access.

From the reviews
om.life just opened around the corner from me and so gave it a try since I had never tried floatation before. What a great experience! Such a relaxing escape! The place is beautiful and really well designed.
As someone who has visited this spa several times, I cannot say enough good things about them! The facility is super clean, well-maintained and I love that spaces such as the sauna are sanitized after every session. I love the infrared sauna and will recommend the float therapy sessions as well!
Om. Life is my favorite place to take care of myself. The services are incredible well served at the front desk by Anand until I leave. I had the opportunity to have many services such as float, sound healing with Kat ( she’s wonderful and guides me through the process, and I had profound healings in her sessions)…
I went for the first time the other day and cant express how amazing my experience was. The team that works there is so nice and friendly and explain everything to make sure you have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The sauna and floatation pod were amazing, I left my sessions feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.
Your first float at om.life Wellness * Modern Recovery Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
