No lid to close over you — the answer for anyone who feels boxed in. Open pools, open rooms, or pods whose door stays open.
The room itself is the vessel: no hatch, walk straight in. Great for claustrophobia and easier access.
A room-sized open pool of salt water. Zero enclosure, easiest for two, most spacious of all.

Marigold is such a gem! I grew up in the area but have lived out of state for years, but heard from family how special the environment there is. Recently, I came back home to be with my mum as she passed. In the aftermath, I was encouraged toward Marigold for a massage and float to help heal after tough days.
Marigold Wellness Center in Wadsworth is one of my favorite ways to reset. I go regularly for the float therapy, and I’m hooked. Each private room has its own saltwater pool, shower, towels, earplugs, soft lighting—everything’s thought through. Melissa, the owner, is always kind and makes sure you feel totally at ease.
This place is wonderful. The atmosphere is calming and kind. I started going to Marigold to get my hair cut. Amy does a great job. I just love the little Cafe. Good food and great coffee. Now I'm just in love with floating. It's so relaxing. Everyone needs to try it. A gem to have in Sharon Center!
I did the float spa. The attendant was very polite and knowledgeable in giving instructions. The spa area was clean and well maintained. It had shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with ear plugs, makeup remover cloth and ointment to cover any open scratches. There is a robe as well.
Your first float at Marigold Wellness
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
