Water & cleaning at Inspire Health & Wellness Spa
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From Inspire Health & Wellness Spa's own information: UV sterilization, ozone.

From the reviews
I recently treated myself to a spa day which consisted of the following services: Massage by Amanda, Facial by Melissa, Ionic Foot Detox, a Float and a salt cave session to end the perfect morning! The moment I arrived I was pampered. Amanda has magic hands and melted years of stress away.
I was thrilled to find this incredible place as I was traveling through town! They have everything you could dream of to pamper yourself and create wellness. I was able to book a salt cave and float tank experience same day and it was incredible! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to find some self care.
Very good spa and yoga studio! Their salt float spa is the best I've ever been in! It's huge. It's not a bathtub, it's an entire room all to yourself. Feels like you're a Roman empress in her private chambers. The yoga classes are typically western-style.
We invited Tony to give chair massages at our Beautycounter event today, and our guests absolutely LOVED it! What a unique addition to the party - Tony was fantastic. He took time to chat with each guest, find out areas of concern, and gave them a little slice of heaven to start their week off feeling amazing.
Your first float at Inspire Health & Wellness Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
