The room itself is the vessel: no hatch, walk straight in. Great for claustrophobia and easier access.
Water & cleaning at I Got Your Back Massage Therapy LLC
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From I Got Your Back Massage Therapy LLC's own information: UV sterilization, ozone.

From the reviews
Wow. The float tank therapy is incredible. I highly recommend this place. Of the places i have been, this was the cleanest, and most enjoyable.
WELL DONE!!! Clean and welcoming location, the staff was fantastic, booking was easy, and my LMT, Sunny was AHHHHMAZING! We tried the float tank, and thoroughly enjoyed it…if you never have, you should! Thanks to all for a great experience.
Pam is amazing. She gets my knots out without hurting me. She is down to earth and her laid back personality makes you feel comfortable. I have also been to Charlie and he does a great job as well. This place has so many options for many different kinds of pain. Amazing.
Loved our massages. Very relaxing and professional. We showed up early to our appointment and they were so nice to accommodate us and get us in earlier. Good people!
Your first float at I Got Your Back Massage Therapy LLC
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
