The tanks & rooms here
No lid to close over you — the answer for anyone who feels boxed in. Open pools, open rooms, or pods whose door stays open.
A walk-in enclosure with full standing height — for taller floaters and anyone who wants privacy without a low lid.
A room-sized open pool of salt water. Zero enclosure, easiest for two, most spacious of all.
Water & cleaning at Float Restore
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From Float Restore's own information: UV sterilization, hydrogen peroxide.

This place is fantastic! Everyone is so glad and happy to see this re-opened under new ownership. I was so bummed to see this place close. I went for my first float today under new ownership and had a fantastic experience. Everything is great and even better.
I was so excited to be able to float again! The facility had added several new services, Massage, Red Light, Salt Room and more. I love it! Thank you to the new owners!
Perfect! the New owners have made it even better. Best float experience possible!!
I’ve been doing floats for years and this place is amazing. I like that the tanks feel like rooms you step into rather than egg shaped pods. The staff is so helpful and kind and the facility is clean, calming, and relaxing.
Your first float at Float Restore
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
