The tanks & rooms here
No lid to close over you — the answer for anyone who feels boxed in. Open pools, open rooms, or pods whose door stays open.
The classic enclosed capsule with a hinged lid. Deepest sensory deprivation; you lie down and pull the lid to.
A walk-in enclosure with full standing height — for taller floaters and anyone who wants privacy without a low lid.
The room itself is the vessel: no hatch, walk straight in. Great for claustrophobia and easier access.
Water & cleaning at Float 606
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From Float 606's own information: UV sterilization, ozone.

From the reviews
What a wonderfully unique experience! I cannot describe how nice it is to completely unplug from the world for just a little while. I went into the pod for one hour and could fully relax without any outside distraction. The facility itself is super inviting and really clean with plenty of thoughtful amenities.
Float therapy has been a blessing during my pregnancy. Floating has helped relieve back pain, swelling, and stress mentally and physically. The atmosphere is so relaxing and the rooms are very clean. It’s a perfect way to treat yourself, friends, and family. The staff is incredible and so friendly. I highly recommend.
Simply amazing! Today was my first float session and I didn’t know what to expect. From the beautiful decor to the friendly staff and one hour of total peace/relaxation, I was impressed. My only regret is not doing it sooner.
Wonderful float center. I used the pod and the room was great, the pod was great. I felt so relaxed. It's great for my sore muscles and chronic migraines. More people should know about float centers like this.
Your first float at Float 606
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
