The classic enclosed capsule with a hinged lid. Deepest sensory deprivation; you lie down and pull the lid to.
Water & cleaning at Fahrenheit Body Spas
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From Fahrenheit Body Spas's own information: UV sterilization, ozone, hydrogen peroxide.

From the reviews
Everything about my experience at Fahrenheit was absolutely great. The float therapy was new to me and I would highly recommend it for relaxing and disconnecting from stress! Also loved the cryo as always. Special thanks to the staff!!
Jaime and Emily are both masters in their craft. After nearly two years of hip pain from an injury they individually were able to provide me much needed relief! I only wish we lived in the area full time, so I could see them on a weekly basis! The front desk and management staff are also very kind and transparent.
This place is incredible. Tiana is a Goddess and she needs to become your aesthetician ASAP if she isn't already. Excellent experience here. I have been to several Spas in the Valley, this is definitely my favorite one.
Life changing therapeutic services! I have tried every service and therapy offered at Fahrenheit, each proving unique observable results. I recovered from a herniated low back disc and surgery in remarkable time.
Your first float at Fahrenheit Body Spas
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
