Went to ethOS Elemental Spa and left questioning if I was still human or part cloud. The place smells like peace, looks like heaven, and somehow made my back confess its sins. They hit me with fire, ice, and pure relaxation — and I loved every second. I floated out so relaxed I almost forgot where I parked.
What an amazing experience! The float tank is incredibly peaceful—you simply lie back, close your eyes, and drift into a dimension of quiet, calm, and complete tranquility. Today was my second float, and just like the first time, I walked out feeling refreshed and renewed.
I had such a relaxing experience at ethOS. I spent an hour in the hyperbaric pod then an hour in the float room. Afterwards, my usual brain fog and mind chatter subsided. I didn’t realize how overstimulated I was until I walked out of ethOS with such clarity and peace.
I actually went to Ethos for my birthday, and I did The Fifth Element Package and it was amazing. I was literally there the entire day. The facility is very clean and the staff were all friendly. You can tell the staff truly cares about the service they provide. I can’t wait to come back for a visit!
Your first float at ethOS Elemental Wellness Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
