Water & cleaning at Elevate Wellness Center
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From Elevate Wellness Center's own information: ozone.

This place is incredible! I've done both their Infared Sauna and Float Therapy treatment. Each experience exceeded my expectations. The facility is cozy and exceptionally clean. I didn't realize how deeply beneficial the sauna experience was until it knocked my oncoming cold out in less than 24-hours.
I gave a 4 star because I did not like that there is not another room to change. You have to shower before and after and get dressed in that same area which was not convenient. The actual floating experience was amazing, and I will be doing it again. That was just a thing to note.
From the staff, to the atmosphere, and the float chamber... I love this place! I love my weekly float session. Doing this for the last 2 months and have already been able to lower my HBP meds. I sleep so much better since I started doing this regularly. Highly recommend!!
Loved the environment and the friendly vibes upon arrival. They gave through explanation of the service we recieved (float tank). Super clean environment and lovely staff. As far as the tank itself it was the most relaxed I've been in ages. It was a much needed reset.
Your first float at Elevate Wellness Center
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
