From the reviews
I recently had the pleasure of visiting this amazing float spa and I have to say, I was blown away by the experience. I gave them the best rating of 10 out of 10 because they truly exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by a wonderful and friendly staff who made me feel right at home.
Had the best experience at Cloud9! I have never been in a float pod before but Lynn gave me a tour of the spa and explained the floating process and what to expect. I appreciate how clean they kept the spa also! I’d recommend doing a 60minute float to really turn your mind off and feel the full benefits.
Lynn and Tom are welcoming and caring. They are some of the kindest people I have ever met. The floats are so amazing that when my adult kids visit from out of state I taken them here. They love it as much as I do. The Spa is clean and relaxing.
I love Cloud 9 Float Spa. The whole experience is delightful. From the welcoming when walking in, to Lynn and the caring team answering questions, to the spotlessly clean spa rooms, to drinking the fruit infused water prepared for you in post spa room. I always feel well cared for during each float session.
Your first float at Cloud9 Float Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
