Water & cleaning at Breathe Gravity Spa
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From Breathe Gravity Spa's own information: UV sterilization, hydrogen peroxide.

From the reviews
It's very welcoming and relaxing. My boyfriend and I have dealt with back issues and decided to do the float tank. My sister recommended this place. I sadly can't give a full experience review cause I deal with vertigo and it triggered my vertigo and was only able to sit in the tank for 15 minutes before I had to get…
I had been wanting to check this out, as was curious about buoyancy experience. They push the 90 minute duration for the full effect. I went with the 60 minute experience, that seemed right for my situation. I got a briefing on how it works, and on to the experience.
I did not take any pictures but it is a very clean and professional setup. I had the massage and float package. The massage therapist was very good and my hour went way to fast and I was ready for the nap in the float. The float is an experience. I have always enjoyed floating on a raft in a pool.
I have had two floats and a massage at this location. I got to admit I am very impressed at their services. The location is clean, friendly, calm, welcoming and relaxing. My massage was provided by Kim, and she did an amazing job. My lower backache was gone and my body felt relaxed.
Your first float at Breathe Gravity Spa
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
