Water & cleaning at Body Revive- Deep Tissue and Pain Relief
Sanitation is the thing seasoned floaters care about most, and most directories never show it. Between every float, the salt water should be pumped through fine filtration and disinfected — salt alone is not enough. From Body Revive- Deep Tissue and Pain Relief's own information: down to a 1-micron filter, UV sterilization, ozone, hydrogen peroxide.

Such an incredible experience in this small town! From the float pool to the massage, it was perfect to help me with all the aches and pains I have. I can’t wait till my next day to Revive my Body. 🥰
Jenny is simply amazing, as both a massage therapist and a business owner. Be sure to take advantage of the red light sauna before your massage and the float pool after your massage. It's the perfect trifecta!!
I have been here multiple times and have been treated by both Weston and Jenny and it’s been a great experience each time. I went in with intense shoulder pain and Jenny was the first person who was able to treat it effectively.
Weston is the ultimate therapist/ was able to get in after a cancelation apt and I had just experienced pain after a back strain. Weston just gained another happy client. He helped relieve the pain, knew what he was doing and made if very comfortable. Great bedside manner, easy to talk to or just be around.
Your first float at Body Revive- Deep Tissue and Pain Relief
Never floated before? Almost no one has their first time, and a good center expects it. Here's what to know. What it is: you float effortlessly in about ten inches of skin-temperature water saturated with around 1,000 lbs of Epsom salt — so dense you cannot sink. In the dark and quiet, with no light, sound, or gravity to react to, your nervous system downshifts. Before you come: don't shave or wax for a day beforehand (salt stings fresh cuts — they'll have barrier ointment if you nick yourself), skip caffeine, eat a light meal an hour or two before, and remove contacts. If you colored your hair recently, wait a few days. In the tank: shower first, put earplugs in before you get wet, and keep a fresh-water spray bottle within reach for salt in the eyes. You can leave the light or music on until you settle, then turn them off from inside. Hold your arms out for the first 20–30 seconds to stop bobbing, then let go. It takes a few tries — the first 20 minutes are usually your mind winding down. Arrive 10–15 minutes early to shower and get oriented.
